Preparation for collegiate student-athletes to maximize athleticism and bridge the gap from the weight room to their respective sports. Athletes receive “onboarding session” to get movement and performance assessment. We routinely test progress weekly to measure improvements.

Utilize video to break down sprint & weightlifting technique. Analyze athlete’s game film to identify training goals.
